It was a pleasure working with Bonnie. She was always extremely responsive and explained everything step of the process to me. Her knowledge and expertise led her to sell my house for significantly over the asking price within one week of being on the market!

What an amazing experience! Bonnie and Susan really are a "Dream Team" and are absolutely fantastic! They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond every step of the way. They advised us how to list our East Meadow home, explained what we can expect and the process in detail, helped with numerous house showings and negotiations with many buyers who made offers, and saw it through all the way to the closing, where we walked away with a generous amount for our home. What's even more noteworthy is that halfway through the process, we relocated to a new home out of state, while Bonnie and Susan continued to work tirelessly to get the house sold....and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They were reachable by text or call anytime day or night, and were patient and pleasant the entire time. The process from when we found a buyer in July until we finally closed in mid October was long and frustrating due to various odd things that kept popping up along the way. If not for the hard work and perseverance of Bonnie and Susan, I don't think we would have gotten there. They are both amazing and we are so lucky to have had them. I strongly recommend Bonnie and Susan to anyone looking to sell (or buy) a home. You will not regret it.

There were many problems that hampered the closing of this sale, so that even though the property was sold very quickly and the the contracts signed for sale, there were still more than two years before the closing could be completed. Bonnie did an outstanding job! She was a big help specially since it was wrap around a divorce. There was another broker I was considering back in June when i first put the house on the market. I am so happy I went with Bonnie. The house was sold on the first day but due to complication with courts it took 7 months to go to closing. Bonnie was very helpful with buying agent keeping the buyers interested till the time we could set up a contract, and then closing No matter what time you text her she answered within 10 minutes She was a great help and very understanding helping to communicate with estranged husband, who was always hard to get a hold of.
